The "One Piece Premier Show 2026" captivates the audience with its thrilling performance.

Universal Studios Japan is set to launch its limited-time event, "One Piece Premier Summer 2026," themed on the hit TV anime "ONE PIECE," starting July 30.

The night before the official opening, the main nighttime attraction, "One Piece Premier Show 2026," held at the WaterWorld venue, was unveiled to the press. This year's show is packed with highly anticipated features for fans, including the return of Boa Hancock to the main story for the first time in 12 years.

Witness an Epic Battle Up Close and Enjoy an Original Story!

The "One Piece Premier Show 2026" kicks off at 6:45 PM, just as the summer heat begins to subside. The approximately 80-minute show begins with the Straw Hat Pirates making a stop at a certain island during their voyage.

On this island, they are preparing for their annual festival. There, they happen to cross paths with the Kuja Pirates, led by Hancock. The island has deep ties with the Kuja Pirates, who are helping with the festival preparations.

Luffy makes a high-energy entrance at the start of the story.

As the Straw Hat crew joins in the festivities, something strange suddenly happens to Margaret, one of the Kuja Pirates. To everyone's surprise, she has sprouted cat ears.

The cause is an original show character named "Bendiger." Anyone attacked by Bendiger is transformed into a monstrous cat and becomes his servant. Bendiger's ultimate goal: is revenge against the World Government.

The story unfolds with breathtaking suspense, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats as they wonder if Luffy and his crew can stop Bendiger.

Beyond the compelling storyline, the show features unmissable special effects, including fire, water, and lights, along with the largest number of pyrotechnics in the Premier Show's history. When the powerful signature moves of popular characters were recreated with stunning force, the guests at the press preview were visibly thrilled, and the venue erupted with excitement.

The finale includes an interactive dance segment for the audience and a meet-and-greet photo opportunity where you can see Luffy and the crew up close. The dance is led by the ever-popular Duval.
