USJ Halloween 2025: The 'Pokémon Party' Evolves with a Thrilling Dance Battle Show Featuring Twin Trainers and New Characters

Music Produced by DECO*27

Held from September 4 to November 3, 2025
USJ's "Halloween 2025" is finally here. We got a sneak peek at the daytime "Pokémon Fever Party"!

Universal Studios Japan will kick off its "Halloween Event 2025" starting tomorrow, September 4.

The daytime program, titled "Ha-ha-ha! Halloween Party," offers a variety of events for all ages, from children to adults. The main attraction is the brand-new stage show, "Pokémon Unstoppable Halloween Party." The wildly popular Halloween party with DJ Pikachu and DJ Gengar from last year has been completely revamped, powering up into a thrilling "dance battle" format.

The story follows twin Pokémon trainers, Bunbun and Banban, who clash over which of their original songs to play. On DJ Pikachu's suggestion, they decide to settle the score with a showcase battle. Bunbun brings out Pumpkaboo, making its park debut, while Banban calls on Litwick, also a first-timer at the park. These Ghost-type Pokémon then engage in a lively dance battle, pulling the audience into the excitement.

The music is once again produced by DECO*27, who brings two exciting new genres to the show: a hard rock style and a heart-pounding dance number. A key feature is that the ending changes depending on the battle's outcome, making it a must-see right through to the finale!

On the day of the preview, about 1,000 fans attended to experience the event ahead of its official opening. They enjoyed an incredibly exciting day party, singing and dancing along with Pokémon dressed in flamboyant Halloween-themed costumes. The show takes place on a special stage in Gramercy Park. Please note that showtimes vary depending on the weather and the day, so be sure to check the official website for the latest schedule.
