USJ Hosts Its First-Ever Christmas Market, Featuring Surprise Appearances by Hello Kitty, Snoopy, and Elmo!

Surprise guests make an appearance at the Christmas Market!

Universal Studios Japan is currently holding its first-ever winter food event, the "Universal Christmas Food Festival," running until January 4, 2026.

Located in the park's New York area, the "Christmas Market" (also known as the Universal Market) is bustling with a wide array of special menu items themed after beloved characters. At a press preview held on November 18, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, and Elmo delighted attendees with a special greeting.

Available in the same area are treats like the "Dolce Churritos - Apple Pie Flavor" (¥850), inspired by Hello Kitty's favorite food; the "Premium Hot Dog - Creamy & Meat Sauce" (¥1200), which comes in an adorable Snoopy-themed package; and the "Pizza Soup - Pepperoni & Tomato" (¥900), topped with a smiling Elmo.
